There is Linden Ave. & Linden Dr. Linden Ave. that you mentioned is the $400,000 homes. Very nice area with homes on city lots. Linden Dr. is in the mountains where the homes are on 1 to 6 acres & can run into the millions.
Naropa is about 20 to 25 blocks south of Linden Ave. There are wonderful bike paths throughout Boulder. That would be the most ideal way of getting back & forth. In the winter you might consider the bus.

Linden is North of Naropa. It runs west to east through Boulder and is primarily a higher end street. From the Western-most to the east, prices ranges run between 9million to 440,000. If she is attending Naropa, she is either a) driving, b) taking the Skip to the Hop http://(www.rtd.com) or c) riding her bike to her classes.
