Hi Vicky! No, taxes, water and electric are not high and Viera is a very prestigious and safe community. Hence, crime is low in Viera. What do you do for a living? When will you be moving to the area?

For a $200,000 home, annual taxes are estimated between $2500 to $2800 per year (not including a $500 homestead exemption if the property is owner occupied). For an average 3/2 home, monthly water is about $40 and monthly electric about $150. Crime rates are also low since most of the homes are new or newer.
