Yes, there is a lot of new commercial real estate in Cape Coral. It is an exciting time to be in the 4th fastest growing city. I am really excited about the new shopping area by Sandoval. We will have a Starbucks in the center. Cape Coral has need additional commercial, and it is coming at a great pace.
