I want to know if water will be avaiable for years to come?

Yes. The water table is a bit deep for individuals to invest in building their own wells, so most of the locals buy from the main company in town (I forget the name) either directly or use one of the locals who are easily found in the town newsletter, bulletin board etc. to deliver it. Pretty much everybody in the area uses one of these two methods, and as far as I know is not a near-term risk.

Remember that water weights over 8 lbs per gallon. If you want to buy direct there's a small deposit required (I forget the amount), but unless you are planning on having a large truck, trailer-mounted tank and pump that can do 1,000+ gallons at a time, you'll probably want to just call one of the locals.

Here's a site that may help you. Ashfork, Arizona is not displaying a water services listing on the Internet but this site is for the next largest City in the area, try contacting them for a forecast on the future water supply in the area: http://www.williamsaz.gov/
