Is the Bastrop area a good place live? or Cedar Creek? Are there any plans for major developments?

Bastrop is a wonderful place to live! I personally live in Cedar Creek, a short drive from Bastrop and Austin. We have already experienced excellent growth with the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort, a new shopping center and several upcoming residential and commercial plans. If you enjoy nature, we offer several state and local parks, the Colorado River, McKinney Roughs, the Capital of Texas Zoo...the list goes on! Housing is much more affordable than Austin and you definitely get more bang for your buck! We have wonderful schools, including a new state-of-the-art high school in Cedar Creek. We recently began construction on a theatre arts center and sports complex for the county. If you ever want to talk about Bastrop County, please feel free to give me a call. Thank you, Heather Claxton

Most major development is slowing down in the DFW area. However, there is plenty of land here, which means plenty of opportunity. Wherever you decide to buy, before you do so, you should check out my site first and get the FREE information that is offered.

My company can help you save up to 45% up front on your purchase, and tens of thousands on the loan.
