Is St. Anthony a good neighborhood to raise kids in?

FIRST ANSWER
I grew up in St. Anthony and my parents still live there. St. Anthony is a great place to raise kids if you like doing stuff outdoors. St. Anthony has the most awesome swimming and fishing river in the world running right through the middle of town. Kids can walk or ride bikes to school or to the grocery store no problem. My kids love going down to bubble-land with the dogs and catching frogs.
