Hi Peggy. I've lived in Boulder since 1993 and, YES, Linden has some great real estate from its Western-most point to the East. Actually from 3rd and Linden to Broadway, you'll find a gorgeous, tree-lined street with luxury homes hidden in the foliage and a price point any where from $9million to $1.5million. Between Broadway and 19th, you'll find Melody Heights and along Linden in Melody Heights, you have 1960's ranch-style homes on .25-acre lots that have been steadily appreciating for the last 5 years and the average price is $550,000. A new development has been multi million dollar homes being built one and two blocks north of Linden, in this area. Between 19th and 26th on Linden you get 1 acre to 2 acre lots with prices ranging between $1million to $4million.
