I want to know how expensive house insurance in n fl is. I here it is awful and unaffoadable.
I am considering buying acreage and building a very rustic b&b, in an area that has pine trees, sand, rolling hills, a stream, and is remote but accessable. But very reasonable and possibly temp owner finance. I was told by former florida natives(tampa) that property and insurance is unafordable. My plans are to be as "green" as possible. I love these things they remind me of northern wis minus cold and snow!
