I want to buy a condo in the Madison Complex in Metrowest. The prices are low. Is this HOA stable?
This complex has just sold out of developer units but you will occasionally find resales and foreclosures and short sales. Prices are about the same as other condo conversions in the area. Your Realtor is the best person to address some of your other concerns. If you don't have one and would like our assistance, feel free to contact us.
