I've seen a stokesdale neighborhood called seven creeks.
I like the quiet feel the neighborhood seemed to have. We are looking to down size and are wondering if it is a good spot for that. Patty

FIRST ANSWER
Hi Pattycake! Currently there are two active listings in that neighborhood in the local MLS system. One is at 146 Seven Creeks and the other is 124 Creekview. The list prices range from $144,900 to $169,900, and square footage from 1400-1800. Both of these homes are ranches, which means everything will be on one level, but the lots are large: right around an acre. Let me know if I can give you any more information. I live in Stokesdale myself and can tell you it is convenient to shopping and parks!
