Eutaw,AL is not far from Tuscaloosa, AL where the University of Alabama is located. It is a very small southern town, with a population of only about 2000 people. However, is very old, with 27 antebellum homes on the National Register of Historic Places.

I think that the people who live there feel it is a great place to live, but it is in one of the poorest counties in Alabama, so anyone moving there might want to have a retirement, or other source of income.

If you are into restoring old homes this might be the place to live!
