Ardenwood is a tighter community and the two parks assocated with the schools helps foster that community feeling.

SUNILSETHI REAL ESTATE
I remember when Ardenwood was just open fields. The schools are good but overcrowed. kids are bused out to nearby schools. The Ardenwood neighborhood is OK if elementry schools and freeway access is important to you.
Good schools in both areas, as has been pointed out.
BART connects Fremont to the East Bay and San Francisco job centers. An additional BART station is planned for Warm Springs. When it is in place in a few years it will be more convenient than the current station.
In general, the homes in Ardenwood tend to be newer and built on smaller lots than many Warm Springs houses.
Both schools areas are great in the area of housing, jobs, and of course school scores:
Ardenwood Elementary 941 K - 6th
Forest Park Elementary 964 K - 6th
James Leitch Elementary 959 K - 2nd
Warm Springs Elementary 936 3rd - 6th
Homes are a little less costly in the Ardenwood area. Easy access to the north Bay Area / S.F. Nice parks, newer homes, good schools and great selection of condos/townhomes/homes.
