Hi Helen,
There are no regulations on how many buildings a manager can be assigned to. It all depends on how capable the individual is. Our office manages several properties for investors who buy in Los Angeles area and live in another city or country. We have onsight managers as well as supervisors over the managers. FIRST ANSWER
Each Office Association is different. I managed one center with 7 rather large office buildings and know of others office associations with many, many buildings. Not sure what you are getting at with your question. There is no real 'standard' that I'm aware of. Many variables. Wish I could have helped you more.
