We live in Woodstock, VT and go to Hanover a lot. Home prices within 30 minute drive to Hanover are VERY expensive. You basically can't touch a decent home for under $500K. Also, if you are not part of the university or hospital, it's hard to break in socially (Hanover is a very closed community). Hope this honesty helps.

I believe that you will find Hanover and the upper valley a pleasant and desireable place to live. Home values remain stable and quality of life attractive. Would you like to work with a local realtor in the upper valley?
