Fulton Square
Regarding this Birch ct listing, I find some things rather strange. According to this website:
http://intouchtours.com/listing.asp?nobiz=1&idx=25734&us=43320.91
It was being offered for $375K. It has been on Trulia for almost 4 months now and the price has dropped too fast to $309K !
Some reviews here of the community are not very encouraging:

The one on sale is the Davenport model and seems to have a good floor layout.
