Hi Rana:

Scranton is broken down into areas by directions. East Scranton a/k/a the Hill Section is a section with beautiful homes located in a hilly section. There are a lot of beautiful historic homes in this area. A lot of the original owners of these mansions were wealthy coal company owners. Then there is north scranton, south scranton and west scranton. North, South and West Scranton also have some beautiful older homes and areas with new developments. It is just a directional thing. If I can be of any help to help you find a home, I would be happy to do so. Thanks.....Linda
