lease options give you the oppertunity to live in a home that you want to buy, without qualifing for a mortgage. If you have less than perfect credit a lease option is very valuable. You also take control of a home for usualy less than three percent down. If you decide you dont like the home you can move on at the end of the lease.

If you like it you have locked in your price for the future. If you find the market has gone down, try to re-negotiate the price when your option is up.

I have a great lease option avaliable with 5200 sf, five bedrooms and three baths. You could lease it for about 2300 per month.

Yes, Google 5 LaMontagne Lane, Sandy, UT 84092 This is a lovely vacant home in a gated community with pool next to LaCaille at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, only minutes from SLC-Metro + SLC-Airport. If I can help more, give me a call. 801-243-5854

Please don't lease option there is no real benefit to the buyer. You'll pay an inflated rental amount and inflated purchase price. You are better off finding a rental where the landlord will rent below market and you can invest your money elsewhere.

I would look into a tax lease as an alternative. This is a standard lease where the landlord would let you take the tax deductions from the property. You would not profit from appreciation but will there be any significant growth in the next few years?

The Mormons can't be any worse than the government subsidized white trash and lazy union mentalty that has taken the auto industry and the state of Michigan down with it. Besides, I'd rather look at the Mountains than a neighbor who has 4 kids from 4 differnt dads living back with her mom & dad in the basement.

I have to agree with michelle, after buying a big home in South Ogden in 2005 we find ourself in a world "upside down" we have lived and traveld and we are from Europe, but this was the experience we like to forget as soon ASAP,we have a HUGE home up for sale on 5155 Mile High Circle,84403 and almost give it away,we moved out in Oct 2007 and need a lot of "mental"help!
We wished that people had warned us, how close they are and sorry to say "sneaky"

Unfortunately Utah county can be a little scary (a very intolerant place if not Mormon) for someone moving to Utah and who happens to not be LDS (Mormon). And Utah county is NOT Salt Lake City. Don't bother unless you are Mormon and like to commute for about an hour one way into Salt Lake City (if that is where you are working).
