I would first recommend determining what you feel is "affordable" since that could mean something different to everyone. Once you know what price you would be content with, get a few different quotes from various pest control companies. Then review their service and see if you know anyone who has used them before.

Unfortunately, I live in Texas, so I cannot recommend a pest control specialist in your area. However, there are a few tricks I know that should help you out in any location. I would start by asking your neighbors for a referral. If you have a pest problem, there is a good chance that someone else in the area has had the same infestation. Additionally, I would suggest getting several quotes. They are usually free, and it doesn't hurt to ask.

Like Jackson said, I would recommend getting quotes from a few companies. Make sure that the few companies you do get quotes from have good reviews on angie's list, yelp, and other internet sites. Personally, I would recommend Gold Seal Pest Control- http://www.goldsealpest.com/. They always do great work and have been around for awhile.

Hope this helps!

I agree with others who suggest talking to people locally. Your next door neighbors really are your best resource for knowing which kinds of pests occupy the area and which pest control services are best. You may also consider doing some research on which kinds of pests are common in the climate or geographical region where you live. When you get the quotes, make sure to get them in writing.

I would call around to local friends and family that have hired pest control services before. They should be able to recommend you to someone around your area. They can also help answer any questions you have. Good luck and I hope everything works out for you! http://www.affordablepestcontrol.com.au/about_us.htm

I would suggest getting quotes from a few of the companies in the area. You can look at reviews during the process and narrow it down to the best balance between review and quote that you can find. I would suggest focusing in on the quality of the work more than the price though. You are having a problem with the pests already. You wouldn't want to have the problem persist after hiring someone to take care of it.

I would check around your area and see if there are any companies around you. Yellow Pages can help you with this as well as getting recommendations from the locals. This should be able to give you a few ideas. Good luck and I hope everything works out! http://www.economicpest.com.au/our-services/residential-pest-control

I would say that the best way to find the best pest control for you is to ask around for references. Your friends and family must know of some good pest control companies in your area. It is also a good idea to try out a bunch of different companies before you stick with just one. This can take a lot of time, but it is definitely worth it in the long run.

I would suggest calling friends or family members around that area. They should be able to help you find the right one for you and what you need. Being locals, they should also help answer any other questions you have. Good luck and I hope you find everything you need! http://www.fowlerpestcontrol.com

I think there are times when you can get an exterminator out to your flat to assess the problem. They give you a diagnosis of what kind of pests may be in your house, and from there they can give you rates. I think this method works really well! http://www.cal-rid.com/en/about_us.html

I have to disagree with you, Matt. In my experience, the large franchises provide unreliable service. They are just too big to control quality effectively. That is why I always hire a local service. As a matter of fact, I need to get a property inspected for pests by next week.

Consider Rose Pest Solutions. I have used them for my two-flat with good results. Ask for Elliot he has given us exceptional service. 773-384-3000.

Yes, I would call A-Rid-A-Pest at 773.538.8553. They handle pest control issues for residential and commercial establishments. Very budget friendly and efficient over and above service.

Which pest are you referring to; rodents, bedbugs or roaches? Nevernest is decent for rats, mice and squirrels

I am relieved that I am not the only person with a squirrel problem. A huge family has moved into my attic, and they are determined to stay. I don't know anyone who has had this issue, so I figured that I was the only one. If other people have dealt with squirrels, I am sure that someone has come up with an effective removal technique. You have given me hope.

I was going to ask the same question. "Pest control" can mean a lot of different things. Find a company that specializes in the particular problem you're having. If you have a termite infestation, that's going to require a different approach than a nest of mice. | http://www.propest.com.au
