Incorrect, I was referring to Freeport, NY. There is also a Freeport in Illinois,Texas, and Kansas, although this particular question seems to be based in Maine, I would suggest, again, taking a drive/walk through the areas, especially since Freeport is only a few miles out of Yarmouth, and consult an agent in those areas who could give you the best information to make an informed decision on what you are looking for.
