There are many nice condo complexes to consider in our area. The Palms of Cortez as well as Bay Pointe are a higher ratio of rental property vs. owner occupied and financing has been a challenge. Will you be obtaining a new mortgage for the property? If so, please check with your lender prior to submitting an offer on something.

I have owned a condo in the Palms of Cortez for 4 years. It has been a great rental for me so far. The location is great being so close to the beaches, shopping, theater and schools. I love the community pool too. The Condo Assoc. is run well, and I don't believe there are any reserve issues. With the property values as low as they are, it is a great time to buy. The Palms is a good choice.
