Buyers/Renters beware 600 NW 32 Pl, Miami, FL 33125

This building lacks parking (only 1 assigned parking per unit) and the few visitor parkings it has (8 of them) are all used up by the condo association members and their associates. These people will tow your car in a heartbeat unless you cohort with their kind. Birds of a feather flock together. There is also insufficient parking around the building and there have been break ins. Do NOT rent or buy in this dump!!!

Injumbo, Thank you for the information. Buying a condo or home that is under an association could be beneficial to some people that are not able or decided not to worry about maintaining the exterior of the property, insurance, etc. There are some benefits like amenities, maintenance, etc. My suggestions to buyers is hire a professional that will do the homework for you. Some of the information you are giving us here it's hard to find unless you talk to the neighbors, attend the board meetings before you buy. I always tell the buyers to attend a meeting before making an offer on a Condo. It makes it easier for them to deal with issues that are going to affect them later on.
