years ago. Rumor has it that it is owned by an "evangelist", but has never been rented out or offered for sale. It looks trashy most of the time and gets notices from the city often.

That is just horrible, yes as a wife of a home builder we get calls if the grass is over 3 inches, in Germantown on our homes under construction ! That would really make me made call them , the City of Germantown, over and over !
