Jackson View is Amador County's first active adult neighborhood of houses (not mobile homes). There are 25 homes in the first phase, all single level, and the living space ranges from 1600 to 2600 sq.ft. So far we have sold 9 homes. The subdivision has a large recreation center with a pool & spa. Prices start at $385,000!

I would like some info. about the community avail. for people who are 55 years old in amador county.
Quality of life in 95642.
I have stayed away from communities such as this.
My brother in law bought into one in twain harte ca. and the rules and restrictions were more then I wanted to deal with.

Although I am 58 and my wife is 55 I have never considered these type of places .
