I am sorry to hear that you have decided not to list with anyone. You probably have a good reason for that? Mind if I ask why?

I don't even consider bringing my clients to someone that hasn't listed with an agent. There is not contractual agreement or disclosures. WHo will I be negotiating with?

Most people that try to sell their own place, often get upset or offended during negotiations. They don't know how to handle escrow, so they end up asking the buyer's agent for advice!

I guess what i am trying to say...Real Estate agents have been doing this typ of work for over 150 years. They must be doing something right.

Good luck

I do not have it listed with anyone, I am selling this property on my own. If you have anyone interested, will be willing to offer referral fee.
