This is a rental home and there is no set standard, it depends on the owner of the property how that will work, typically you would pay for water and sewage in a home, however at times owners will have that covered in the rent amount.
You will need to contact the owner to verify that information.

You would need to check directly with whomever is the owner or manager of the property. Typically on a single family home, the renter pays utilities, although some sellers will pay for these items
to make sure the property doesn't get a lot of trash, or any sewer and water liens that would need to be paid by the seller after the renter moves out.
