Yes, Nicole....this is more of an advertisement for you to PAY for a service offered to you as the public but the home isn't for sale yet or it would be on the MLS and I checked the 2 listings on Patricia Rd and one is already under contract and is NOT a short sale and the other is a full price listing that is not listed as a short sale though I am checking for you! (THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE DISCLOSED ON THE LISTING). Just because it is Pre-Foreclosure or a default does NOT make it a good buy. A short sale just means that the Owner OWES more than the house is worth/listed for and that they are disclosing that the lien holder will need to allow the sale and give clear title for less than they are owed. You can do your own FREE searches on my website that is tied direct to the Multiple Listing System therefore up to date as you can expect at http://www.neohrealestate.com/

Hi Nic, these types of homes on Trulia are usually not accurate and the poster wants you to subscribe for their "service" which is worthless. These homes are not even for sale yet. A Realtor can find foreclosures and bank owned that are really for sale. I would be happy to add you to my search list. My info is below. Thank you.
