Lovely building. Built in 2001. Assesments are $366 a month they include heat, water, parking, garbage, snow removal, security, common insurance.
Since the building is relatively new, ususally you do not see a rise in assesments for upkeep but, because it includes heat, if the price of heat goes up you will see a rise in assesements at some point.
Let me kinow if you have interest in checking this place out or any other home.
