Hi Sheila,

I agree with the consensus of replies to your question, a bad or lazy agent. Realtors have the ability to upload up to 25 photos per listing. Some take the extra time necessary and provide the maximum exposure for their clients. Some don't.
I live in Sandoval and have dedicated a portion of my website to the community. Sandoval is the most highly sought after development in Cape Coral Fl. It has accounted for just slightly less than 50% of all new home building permit activity since 2008. Less in 2012 because of a scarcity of lots. Phase III will resolve the lot issue once it opens in January of 2013.
You can visit my website at http://www.capecoralhouseforsale.com and learn all about eight great Cape Coral and Fort Myers communities. Click the Sandoval icon and scroll down to see the active MLS listings. Make sure you click on the numerous links for the latest on wCapehat is happening in Sandoval.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at (239) 738-8088. I'll be happy to help you!

I agree with Jesse McGreevey. A bad Agent. The Seller, a Marco Island resident, hired a Naples Agent to market his Cape Coral home. The Agent was too lazy to drive to the Cape and do a photo shoot, plus he placed it only in the Naples MLS. I will go out on a limb and guess that the property was not getting any showings, which could be the reason the Naples listing has been terminated. This property is currently not listed in any MLS.

This is a another great reason why it's in your best interest to start a relationship with a local Realtor to help you in your home search. Sometimes homes are listed by companies from outside the area and they fail to provide all the information necessary. Contact a local agent for a phone interview, and move forward when you feel they are professional and understand what you're looking for. Good luck with your home search.

One listing photo clipped from Google Maps is pathetic and truly a poor way to market a property. The listing agent and firm representing this property are not members of the MLS that serves Lee County and this property is not active in our system.

If you are interested in Sandoval, here is a resource detailing the active and available listings in this community: http://www.greaterftmyers.com/sandoval.php

Good luck with your search!

Well it is hard to say why anyone would put out a listing with only one photo. It does a real disservice to the seller. This particular listing isn't even in the MLS that covers the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area, it is in the Marco Island MLS which makes little sense.
It is however a short sale that is "pending" with an offer waiting for the lender to approve the short sale. With what I know so far about the listing, I am not very optimistic the seller will have a successful conclusion to this one.
