Why there are no pictures are a mystery, this property is a Short Sale showing its Vacant. I’m a firm believer that photo’s sell a property.
This property has been placed as Active Contingent Short Sale since 11/18/09. Which means the property is under contract waiting final approval from the Bank.
It was set for Auction 8/13/09 the contract in place is most likely holding off the auction.
As far as the fees at the present time they are $774.00 quarterly, Taxes for 2009 show $1,334.00. While verifying the taxes I ran a quick Estimated Tax calculator if you where to purchase the property at the stated approved price of $32K without homestead it would run approximately $650.00 annually.
This property has been on the market for a total of 517 Days

You have highlighted a major deficit with so many listings in our MLS system, the lack of pictures. This problem is particularly acute with bank-owned listings. It appears that the institutional owners of these condos are just not holding agents accountable. It is too bad as it makes it so much harder for buyers get a feel for a listing.

Sorry the one that you inquired about already has an offer in on it. Here are the other active listings at The Residence condos:…

Good luck with your search!

It's hard to say why agents feel it not necessary to include pics in many listings.
Anyway, this listing is a short sale and currently has a contract on it. The fees were $774/quarter the taxes were $1,829.
Keep looking, there are more deals out there.
