why does trulia allow 'agents' to list fictitious properties? is there no quality control on this site?

As they may be some fictitious ads you can spot them really fast as most looks to good to be true...

If it is to good to be true, it's probably is...

I'll be happy to show you real good houses.

If you believe you are viewing fictitious properties consider contacting customer service and let them know the addresses; For available area properties also check

Unfortunately there is no control on what agents post. Usually if there is no MLS# to refer to the property can be false or non-existing. I would always cross reference a property with a MLS# as this is a the best way to ensure the listing is REAL and that the agent is marketing a existing property.
