I am sure any well qualified local REALTOR would be able to schedule a viewing and should make him or herself available during the showing of this and any other property in the area.
However, in my practice, it has been my experience that it wworks best when the prospective buyer meets me at my office for an initial consultation!
Before I rush to open doors to properties in my area of expertise I make a priority to review the buyers qualifications, timeline, objectives, etc.
