We don't see so many open houses any more.
However if you want to go inside we can get you in.
Just give me a call and let me know what time works best for you.

Hi Jjimenez,

As others have said below this house is a short sale. It may or maynot have an open house in the future. If you are not working with a realtor I'd be happy to help you find a property that suits your need. Let me know how I can assist you.

Take care,

Hi Jimenez-

This is a short sale and they will probably not have an open house. Most agents that have a short sale do not hold an open house.

Keep in mind too it will help you to have a real estate agent because most short sales and foreclosures and receiving multiple offers and its difficult to get in especially when the lenders are sitting on the offers waiting for higher ones to come in.

It doesn't cost you anything to hire an agent. I would be happy to help you.

Please feel free to text, email or call.

Hi! No need to wait for an open house - they might not ever have one! If you are actively searching for a home it's time to talk to a Realtor. Interview a few to see who you communicate well with and feel comfortable talking to. You also can visit my site at http://www.topagent.co for Buyer Agency FAQs. I'm happy to schedule time for a phone chat if your interested, so just let me know!

Thanks and I hope to hear from you!

This home is listed as a short sale. Not all homes are held open regularly, it depends on the owner and agent. If you are interested in looking at this home I can set up an appointment for you to view. It is best to work with an agent that can be your advocate and can show all the homes that are available to you.
You are welcome to contact me and I can help you through the buying process.
