when i pay the deposit of a house can we move right away or pay deposit and rent then move in?

It depends on if the property is ready for move in and when the landlord allows it. If it is ready, then you should be able to pay the deposit and rent and get the keys. Have you already signed a lease? Much of this will depend on what the lease says. If you need someone to represent your interests, give me call. My service is free to you.

Hi Guadalupe,

If you want to move in right away then you will most likely need to put one month of rent as deposit and first month of rent to move in.
