Linda,

I might be a bit late to this party but I am also a bit confused. If you are an agent and a GRI (according to your profile) why would you need an agent to show you this house?

Ask your agent; if you don't have an agent, choose one. Agents work for you and what a bargain it is! You pay nothing up front, unlike other professionals such as attorneys, who want a retainer fee. They provide you with all the energy, resources, information and counsel, plus good cheer, friendliness, negotiation skills and other assets too numerous or individual to mention. If you have one, treasure him or her. If you don't get one. Ensure your success in finding your home with this professional in your corner. Liz, Associations Realty, 612-986-4105.
