Hi Craig:

As the heating source for this home is Forced Air Liquid Propane with Central Air Conditioning, and the taxes are about $5130 per year. This home is in good condition as I have seen it since it is one of our office listings. It is a short sale, which requires thrid party acceptance.

Feel free to contact me either by email or cell phone and I can explain to you the current status of this home.

There are a great number of good deals in our area and I would be more than happy to show them to you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

According to the listing, it is forced air/liquid propane. The takes are just over $5,000. You can search the MLS below and get more detailed info on listings.
