As the previous two agents have noted this house has already been sold. In fact, it was under contract within 2 days of going on the market. I know because I was the photographer who took the pictures :-)
If I can help you find another property in Northern Virginia, please feel free to contact me.
That property sold on August 13, 2009. Trulia is not always up to date with their data as you can see here.
The most accurate and up to date real estate search site in the VA/DC/MD area for consumers is FranklyMLS - http://franklymls.com/Default.aspx?a=danilo
FrankylMLS is much more up to date than Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. Some other great things about it are that it gives you the ability to search by keywords such as "granite" and "walk-out basement", as well as check out reviews and additional photos of properties from Buyer Agents that have previewed the property.
I recommend it to all buyers and even use it myself rather than the back-end MLS for agents sometimes.
If you're looking for homes in Loudoun County or Northern Virginia in general, I'd be happy to help.
P.S. Check out my local real estate blog sites filled with resources for home buyers and sellers: http://LoudounScene.com - http://LoudounForeclosures.com
No this house is already sold. Not sure why it is still showing on trulia.com. I would be happy to help you find your next place in Leesburg. I lived there for 5 years and it is beautiful with much to offer.
