I have in my files a summary of Tiburon's zoning district requirements in 2008, which may have been changed by now. At that time, for lots greater than 60,000 feet (roughly 1.3 acres), the floor area ratio guideline was 8,000 square feet. Up to 750 square feet of garage was allowable without being counted.
This lot is over 2 acres, so it would fall into the category stated above at that time. I'm not sure if it has changed, but would be happy to do that and any other research for you as part of my commitment to outstanding personalized service.
