I found 5 condos in the zipcode with mortgage payments potentially less than the rental for this property. The payments are fixed for 30 years and you benefit from the tax credit of the interest paid and the valuation of the property.

There are downpayment assistance programs available for some condos in witch you may have to pay as little as 1% (almost a deposit for a rental). I can help you with some tips to improve your credit starting with checking it for free at http:///www.annualcreditreport.com.

You do not need to contact the LISTING Agent to see the property;
you can enlist your own Buyer's Agent.

In fact, if you had the Listing Agent show you the house, and later enlisted a Buyer's Agent, there might be a dispute between the Agents for a percentage of the commission.

Keep it simple; get your own representation, Especially when it costs you nothing.

Good luck and may God bless
