The amenties offered are reasonable for the HOA fee and they are well maintained which is important.

The Home Owner Association (HOA) fee is $220 per month. That includes your building insurance, pool, tennis, club house, common area and lawn care. There are other homes located in this neighborhood also. Please let me know if you have any other questions or if you'd like to schedule time to take a closer look. Thanks, Lainy McKain

There are five homes currently for sale in this subdivision, ranging from a low of 99,500 to a high of 124,900. All are either 2BR/2BA or 2BR/2-1/2BA, and all have a maintenance fee of 220 per month. The fee covers the following items: Building Insurance , Clubhouse , Common Area , Lawn Care , Pool , and Tennis. Good luck in your property search.
