I noticed you have posed similar questions for several different co-ops in Brooklyn. Your best bet would be to contact a real estate agent who is a member of the Brooklyn New York Multiple Listing Service who can look up the co-op policies on all the units you are interested in and concerned about at once. The agent will be able to answer any question that you have. It would be easier and less time consuming for you to get answers to these types of questions that way rather than post them individually here on the Trulia Q & A forum.
If you want contact me direct and I can help you out. Either way, good luck!
