Hi Felicia,

This is an estate sale. An older woman owned it and now the daughter is living there in the home. It is very dated inside - vinyl floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. No hardwood floors - just carpeting throughout the rooms according to the listing agent. The home was updated around the 1960s, but not since then. It is hot water baseboard heat by oil and the lot is 6500sf, or .15 acres. There are also fuses still for electricity. The bedrooms are a decent size and have closets, one may be on the small side. If you wanted to see this home, I'd be happy to set up an appointment with you to see the inside. If you were interested in seeing any other homes, Prudential has a great website where it sends you email updates on properties that first come on the market with up to date information on them. I wish you well on your search.

This link (pdf file) will provide a copy of the listing which has more info but there are no pictures of the inside of this house.

As noted it has hot water baseboard heating system (oil fired boiler). The size of the lot is about 6500 square feet.

If you would like more info I would be glad to attempt to do that and/or schedule a showing of the house. Please contact me at 508-868-0110.
