By the way, for clarification, Dan Catafumo was never involved in The Resort at 3800 N. Ocean Drive. Catafumo was the developer/owner of 2700 N Ocean Drive. WCI was the original owner/developer of the Resort complex,which is now owned by Marriott, with URGO handling the hotel management and rental program. Marriott purchased 3800 N Ocean in November 2009 and it is now known as Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa.

This condo/hotel unit is no longer listed for sale; however, we have several units available. #401 is listed at $190K, #1200 at $300K and #1012 at $275K - all of them are 2/2 "short sales". The monthly fees are based on square footage - #401 and #1200 are $1797 per month and #1012 is $2115 per month. just over 1800 a month. It's a hotel property so you only get to use it a limited amount of time, and they use it for other guests the rest of the time.
