Have a beautiful property that can have up to four horses and has a barn on it .. I would love to chat and discuss the home with you .. Do you already have a lot picked out .

Courtnees Way is in an incorporated section of Williamson County. It is not governed by the laws of Georgetown City. The number of horses is determined by the deed restrictions. Thos deed restrictions can be found in the county records. http://www.wilco.org -- go to the County Clerks page online. You will be able to find the restrictions there.

Hope that helps

It really all depends on what area and what subdivision. There are only a few places in Georgetown City that allow horses. Have you purchased your lot yet?
