You can estimate the closing costs on the web page below, and can calculate in reverse. In other words, enter your desired net and the sales price and closing costs will recalculate to achieve your desired net.

Commissions are totally negotiable and can range from 4% to 8% and is definitely part of the marketing strategy for the seller. Commissions are usually paid from the seller side unless certain circumstances occur.

Closing costs differ from area to area and from one mortgage company to another. Closing costs are dependant on whether or not 20% is put down on the property, referring to PMI. Closing costs are dependent upon whether or not there are seller concessions and if so, how much? Closing costs are also dependent upon the taxes to be escrowed.

I am sorry about the vague response, but yours is a vague question.

I agree with Jen but I generally only charge 2.5% to the seller.
