The condo fees are $225 per month. These cover the rec. facility, community pool, ground and building maintenance including roof, and building insurance. You would be responsible for insurance for the interior of your condo and belongings. The taxes are $193.46 per year. So, if you put $5,000 down and have a mortgage rate of 4%, you could own this (interest, principle, taxes and association fees) for about $457 per month. Insurance would be above that amount.
