Hi !
I would not fly from the UK to view this property without more information. I deal with a lot of UK clients, and real estate in the U.S is a lot different than the U.K.

You need to get your own buyers agent, one who works in your best interest, and can show you everything on the market that meets your needs.

I am very familiar with this area, and although this property sounds real nice, it depends on if you are purchasing to live in permanent or is it going to be a vacation home? Would you want to rent it out while not staying there?

This house is a trustee sale, which means that the owner most likely passed away and the money from the sale will go to pay off the estate, with the rest going to heirs.

I know this area well, although I work in the Orlando area predominately, but my best advise would be to consult with an agent here, tell them what your needs and wants are, and let them guide you to make the best decision for you.

If you need further guidance or have questions drop me a line.

Cheers, or Ta Ra - whichever part of the UK you reside in ;-)
