Nelya,

Sometimes google earth can have the wrong pictures, and sometimes OLD pictures.
This property has a great price, but still has issues to work through. For example you
can see holes in the wall in the living room.

It will need a cash buyer as financing is likely not available.

If we can help you with this one or any other home please let us know.

All depends on when pictures were taken, angle , if wrong picture picked up on google earth and etcs.

HI Nelya,
I've found that sometimes the arrow is on the wrong property too!

The Google Earth photo is an older picture and the one on Trulia. It looks like someone started a rehab of the property on the outside and never finished on the inside. Only an inspection will we know for sure.

The home is currently for sale as a HUD Home and the deadline is very short to submit a bid. If you would like to see the home or make a bid let me know. Our company is a HUD broker and we have agents in my office who are succesful at getting accepted HUD bids.

Best of luck .. Bruce
