This is about a 600-700k property. The catch is the agent put it in on the market to try and get a bunch of contracts to the bank and see if any of them would work. The banks look to a BPO (broker prie opinion, sinilar to appraisal) for a value of the home and that predicts appr. what they will take on a short sale.
