This listing is no longer an active listing. The listing shows a 2300 Square Foot home with 7 bedrooms and only 1.75 bathrooms. Those bedrooms would be very very small.

In the 98059 area code with 5 or more bedrooms the price point will be over $350k unless you are specifically looking for short sale/foreclosure listings.

No, that is an expired listing, and has since been foreclosed the second half of March. It will probably come back on the market as bank owned.
