The walk score in this area is 80...a rare find in Los Angeles, even more rare at this price. To be able to leave your car in the garage and walk to a restaurant, a movie, the shops...that is quite a treat in LA. And, of course, this comes with a premium price attached. In my humble opinion...worth it!
Make sure that you are working with a knowledgeable Buyer's Agent (at no cost to you!), that knows the buildings in this area, the nearby Wilshire Corridor, etc. Each building has it's own unique issues and you need an agent to know where all the bodies are buried! It's critical when buying a condo...you and your lender will need to know all of the inside skinny on the HOA.
